Coupar Angus: Blair Bend

TPPA agreed to support the local group’s request for funding of £350 to appoint a landscape architect to advise and design a scheme to improve the entrance from Blairgowrie to Coupar Angus. The brief included wildflower planting for biodiversity, the creation of a setting for donated farm machinery and a design which reflected local skills – with the purpose of providing a  welcoming approach to the town. A costed scheme has been produced enabling local consultation and fundraising to begin. Total project cost estimated at £25,000-£35,000.
