The Perth and Kinross area lies at the very heart of Scotland. It contrasts rich, open lowland with rugged highland and it boasts a unique, natural, visual appeal which people travel great distances to admire. Take a Pride in Perthshire complements this natural beauty with a very special personal effort from dedicated volunteers who live and work in the area.

Communities the length and breadth of the Perth and Kinross area contribute collectively to the success of the Take a Pride in Perthshire initiative. Across this 2,000+ square miles heather clad hills and fertile straths form an area of outstanding environmental quality and provide some of Scotland's finest scenery and visitor attractions. Population centres range from the Fair City of Perth to small villages such as Scotlandwell, Kirkmichael and Kenmore. There is something to interest everyone! We hope you will get out there yourself and see what wonderful statements people are making in their local communities.
